Meet Dr. Homaifar
Dr. Homaifar built this practice around a simple conviction: the best care for women is built on time, attention, and continuity. She keeps her practice deliberately small — making room for unhurried visits, relationships that deepen over the years, and the kind of attention that lets her truly know the full picture of each patient.

Dr. Homaifar is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and certified menopause specialist who cares for women across the full arc of life — from the reproductive years and pregnancy through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Her clinical expertise spans hormonal health, menstrual disorders, fibroids, endometriosis, sexual wellness, family planning, and gender-affirming care.
She trained at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she later joined the faculty, before serving as Division Chief of Obstetrics at Inova Health System in Virginia — overseeing a program responsible for more than 19,000 births each year. A graduate of Harvard Business School, she has also served as Chief Medical Advisor at Natalist, Medical Director at Seven Starling, and a medical advisor to Flo Health.
Dr. Homaifar is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a member of The Menopause Society, and a member of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She offers in-person and virtual visits across Silicon Valley and virtual care throughout California and select states, including New York, Florida and Virginia.
